For the third year in a row, The River Community Church will be the first stop for the Foul Weather Shelter that will be available during inclement weather December 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024.  We are partnering with the City of Ventura to accommodate 20 of Ventura's most vulnerable homeless in local motels. Individuals 65+ and/or with chronic health conditions are prioritized. The remaining rooms are on a first come, first served basis. For those who cannot get a room, "stay warm packs" will be provided.
